Golf Fitness M.O.T’s
Become aware of your golf body’s strengths and limitations so that you can improve your golf swing. You will then give yourself a better chance of hitting the ball further and playing more consistent golf. Ideas for suitable exercises to help your development will be shared by David. (90 Minutes)
Golf Fitness Programmes
A personal service is offered where you can improve your Golf Fitness with face to face consultations at your home, golf course or a gym. Contact time can vary from 7 hours +.
