Golf is a very important part of many people’s lives. It can provide a mixture of emotions from elation to frustration! It is a simple game which can be made difficult by golfers.
The Golf Performance Café is organised in a way to give golfers of all abilities a great opportunity to get “Get More From Their Golf” and learn valuable skills practised by elite tour professionals and athletes. Skills that they only read about in magazines or on the internet or hear about on TV.
Sessions are run by Performance Coach and Golf Psychologist, David Charlton, however on occasions, he also teams up with other experts from Golf and Sport Science to provide fresh ideas.
These informal and fun sessions, lasting between 45 minutes to an hour, are an ideal way to help you enjoy the game more.
